如果开启mod_rewrite模块（mod_rewrite.so），而不启用.htaccess(AllowOverride None),你照样可以使用重写功能。
如果需要定义重写Rule，在httpd.conf添加即可，而不是在.htaccess中

AllowOverride All 启用的是在各目录中使用.htaccess,但这不是URL重写所必须的。
